Meyba’s roots lie in Barcelona with the brand being founded by two guys in the 1940’s. When José Mestre and Joaquín Ballbé (or ‘Me-y-Ba’) teamed up they had a dream of creating classic swim– and sportswear, and Meyba was born. They became a popular brand, Bringing the people on the sunny beaches of Barceloneta stylish shorts, T-shirts and shoes, but it wasn’t until 1981 that Meyba became an international celebrity..

Meyba are rightly immensely proud of their footballing heritage but though they are rooted in the past they look to the future. Football and football teamwear have never been so closely linked. Looking good both on the pitch but on the streets too are the essence of Meyba. Meyba are back and will soon be adding new names to their story so watch this space.
