Quebec enjoys a privileged location atop the Cap Diamant cliffs. From the Hotel Château Frontenac, the most photographed building in all of Canada that looks as if it came from the banks of the Loire. A funicular connects the Haute Ville and the Base Ville, the oldest European settlement in North America.
