Our standard UK deliveries are sent via Parcelforce and take 1-3 working days to arrive. If you need your purchase to arrive sooner than this we offer a next working day delivery service. Please note to receive next working day delivery your order must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and have selected the next day postage option.

We currently ship to the Non-EU countries via Fed-Ex.

EU shipping is currently paused.

UK Deliveries

Orders over £100 will be valid for FREE UK Next Working Day Delivery service.

Orders under £100 shipping options are:

• Next Working Day £6.95
• 2 Working Days £3.95
  
  

'Next Working Day' means you will receive your order the next working day if you have ordered before 3PM Monday - Friday. An example of this would be if you placed your order on a Friday and before 3PM you would receive this on Monday. If you ordered on a Friday after 3PM you should expect your delivery on the Tuesday.  '2 Working Days' means if you ordered on a Friday before 3PM you should expect your delivery on the Tuesday. Please take into consideration any bank holidays which would add an additional day to your expected delivery.

PLEASE NOTE All footwear purchases come with original boxes and are protected by Parcelforce heavy duty plastic bags, not additional boxes.

 

International Orders (Non EU)

 

PLEASE NOTE* The customer is responsible for all postage charges, return shipments, custom charges and handling fees.  We can not undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

Postage times are subject to change due to national and local holidays.

Xile reserves the right to amend postage payment amounts where consumer error has occurred.

UK National orders can be tracked via www.parcelforce.com/track-trace. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If for any reason you don't receive this email please feel free to contact us at orders@xileclothing.com for confirmation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and also accept payment via Paypal.
