Launching online at Xile March 10th

One of the hottest footwear brands around at the moment is joining Xile and we can’t wait to show you what the first Karhu collection has in store. The Finnish footwear brand Karhu takes their name from the Finnish word for Bear and they have been producing technical running gear for over 100 years. Over this time the brand has become a mainstay of both running and street fashion and has been worn by five boston marathon winners, Paavo Nurmi (famous finnish runner) and Mr. Kanye West has even been seen sporting a pair of Karhu. The brand has grown to see such success thanks to following the Finnish approach to design, focusing on quality, simplicity and purity of running.

For the first release dropping at Xile there will be both the new Linnut pack alongside a Fusion 2.0 from the new tonal pack. The Linnut offering serves up three Fusion 2.0 styles which have been inspired by the rare Finnish birds and their unique colourways. The material selection predominantly consists of soft suede and soft nylon mesh. The rope lacing adds an outdoor feel and connection to adventure in nature. The colour ways vary from feather like blues, natural greens and light tans to soft greys and light rust. The Fusion 2.0 remains a salute to the original Fusion model from 1996 when it was the most technical running shoe in the collection.

The new selection from Karhu will be launching Online and Instore Saturday 10th March. Keep your eyes peeled on our social for more of the latest releases and remember all orders over £75 are eligible for Free UK Mainland Delivery.
