· Call our order line on 0131 558 3763, where one of our in-store support staff will process your order and collect your credit/debit card info over the telephone - lines open 9:30am - 5:30pm (mon-fri).

· Email orders can be sent to the store at any time. Receipt of all email orders will be confirmed within several minutes.

· We will endeavour to reply to emails regarding any of the collections we hold as quickly as possible.

· At Xile we take your privacy very seriously and guarantee not to release your private information to anyone.

· All credit/debit transactions are carried out offline instore, so none of your information is ever held online.

· As a registered UK company, all the information we collect from you will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

· To process your order successfully we will hold some of your details on a secure database. Subsequent to your order being processed successfully, all credit/debit information will be discarded from the database.

· We may on occasion contact you with details of special offers, promotions etc. Should you not wish to receive this information, please email a request to sales@xileclothing.com and we will be happy to delete your details from our records.
