About Us
Xile is a Scottish company based in Edinburgh. We have a number of boutiques across the country but our website is operated from central Edinburgh.
Do you only trade online?As well as a thriving e-commerce operation Xile own and operate 6 multibrand boutiques in Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as the Replay store in Edinburgh and four G-Star stores across Scotland. For details of our store locations click here.

Payment
We use the most sophisticated encryption software to ensure that your card safety is assured at all times. Whether you order over the phone or online no-one has access to your details.
Which payment methods can I use?We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note we cannot accept Visa Electron cards at present.
Why has my payment been rejected?If your payment has been rejected you have most likely entered the wrong address into the 'Billing Address' field. Please note this must match the cardholders details exactly. If you're experiencing difficulties with your order please contact us on 0131 556 9259 or email us.
Phone Sales?If for any reason you can not use our online store we also have the ability to process your order over the phone, please do not hestitate to call 0131 556 9259 where our sales team will help guide you through the process.
Orders & Delivery
Yes, we'll send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If for any reason you don't receive this please feel free to email us for confirmation.
How long will my order take to arrive?All our UK deliveries are sent via Parcelforce and take 1-3 working days to arrive if sent at the standard rate (£5). If you need your purchase to arrive sooner than this we offer a range of next day delivery options and prices. Please note to receive next day delivery your order must be placed before 12 Noon.
Xile reserves the right to amend postage payment amounts where consumer error has occurred.

International Orders
All International Orders are sent via Royal Mail's 'signed for' service.
Europe: 5-10 working days, £10 delivery charge
Rest of World: 10-15 working days, £15 delivery charge
Can I change my delivery address?Provided you meet our security tests we can change your address manually. Please contact us on 0131 556 9259 or email us to arrange this. Please note in some cases we may require additional forms of identification in order to change an address.
Part of my order is missing?If an item is missing from your order it is almost certainly out of stock. We will email you to let you know if this is the case. If you are unsure feel free to call us though.
I have received an 'out of stock' email, what happens to my payment?If the item you ordered is out of stock your payment will be returned to your account when we send the email notifying you of the problem. Although we will refund your account almost immediately it can take your bank up to 5 working days to credit your account. If your item is out of stock we aim to inform you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
What happens if I'm not home when the item is delivered?The delivery agent will leave a contact card with details of your delivery. Normally your parcel will be left at your local post office for collection.
Exchange & Refunds
Please fill in the returns form which was sent with your order. All returns must be unworn and all original packaging must be included. All returned garments are inspected for wear/damage.
- Refunds will only be given within 7 days of receipt of order
- Exchanges will only be given within 14 days of receipt of order
All return postage is payable by the consumer unless items are faulty.

We will always aim to process refunds on the same day that we receive the stock. Exchanges will take between 1-3 days to be dispatched. Please note it may take your bank up to 5 days to credit any refunds.
Privacy PolicyAt Xile we take your privacy very seriously and guarantee not to release your private information to anyone. No credit/bank details are hold online. As a registered UK company our data policy conforms fully to the Data Protection Act 1998.
While processing your order we will hold your details on a secure database. Once your order is successfully processed, all credit/debit information will be discarded from the database unless you choose to participate in our 'one click buy' service.
