Delivery
Order Confirmation
After your order has been successfully processed, you will be given confirmation that your order has been dispatched, this will depend on how you have submitted your order:
Email Orders
If you have submitted your order by email, you will receive an automated electronic response confirming receipt of your order. This will include your order number. We suggest you either print or take a note of this number, as you will require it for any future reference to your order.
Xile reserves the right to amend postage payment amounts where consumer error has occurred.
Telephone Orders
Should you choose to submit your order via telephone, one of our support staff will advise you as to whether your order has been successful and give you your order number for future reference.
Delivery Time
Through our partnership with ANC Express we guarantee a next day delivery (subject to receipt of order).
Delivery Costs
All orders are subject to a standard cost of £5.00 to cover packing and delivery.
Bank Holiday Weekends
Due to the Bank Holiday Weekend there will be no deliveries going out on the 6th of May. Any orders received on Friday the 3rd of May and over the weekend will be sent out on Tuesday 7th of May.

Returns
Invoicing
We will include your receipted invoice with your goods. However, should you request the goods to be dispatched to a separate address other than your billing address, your receipted invoice will be sent to your billing address.
At Xile Clothing we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return goods to us. To make the returns process as easy as possible, we have set out the following guidelines:
Returns Slip
Within each order we will include a returns slip for you to fill out should you require to return any goods. Simply fill out the returns form stating whether you require an exchange or refund, package the goods and return the parcel accordingly.
Returns Conditions
The product must be in it's original condition and include all original packaging materials and labels. We cannot accept the return of used or damaged goods.
Returns Period
Goods can be refunded up to 7 days from receipt of your order. Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from receipt of your order.

Payment
Call our order line on 0131 558 3763, where one of our in-store support staff will process your order and collect your credit/debit card info over the telephone - lines open 9:30am - 5:30pm (mon-fri).
Email orders can be sent to the store at any time. Receipt of all email orders will be confirmed within several minutes.
We will endeavour to reply to emails regarding any of the collections we hold as quickly as possible.

Privacy
At Xile we take your privacy very seriously and guarantee not to release your private information to anyone.
All credit/debit transactions are carried out offline instore, so none of your information is ever held online.
As a registered UK company, all the information we collect from you will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
To process your order successfully we will hold some of your details on a secure database. Subsequent to your order being processed successfully, all credit/debit information will be discarded from the database.
We may on occasion contact you with details of special offers, promotions etc. Should you not wish to receive this information, please email a request to sales@xileclothing.com and we will be happy to delete your details from our records.
