100%, Xile uses state of the art encryption in order to guarantee the security of customers. In addition all credit / debit transactions are carried out offline in our stores so none of your information is ever held online.
We accept almost all major credit & debit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express cards for online orders.
If your payment has been rejected please contact us on 0131 558 3763 with your order number. Please be aware when entering card address details these must exactly match those registered with the bank in order for payment to be accepted.
Orders & Delivery
Yes, once you receive notice that you order has been dispatched feel free to call us on 0131 558 3763 to get your tracking number.
All our UK deliveries are sent via Parcelforce and take 1-3 working days to arrive if sent at the standard rate (£5).
If you need your purchase to arrive sooner than this we offer a range of next day delivery options and prices. Please note to receive next day delivery your order must be placed before 12 Noon.

*Saturday 9 - 5 : £15.00

Standard Delivery : 3 - 5 working days £5.00
All International Orders are sent via Royal Mail’s ‘signed for’ service.
Europe: 5-10 working days, £10 delivery charge
Rest of World: 10-15 working days, £15 delivery charge
For security reasons we can only ship to alternative address if proof of identification is supplied.

If an item is missing from your order it is almost certainly out of stock. We will email you to let you know if this is the case. If you are unsure feel free to call us though.
If the item you ordered is out of stock your payment will be returned
to your account when we send the email notifying you of the problem.
Although we will refund your account almost immediately it can take your
bank up to 5 working days to credit your account.
If your item is out of stock we aim to inform you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The delivery agent will leave a contact card with details to arrange re-delivery.
Exchanges / Refunds
Please fill in the returns form which was sent with your order. All returns
must be unworn and all original packaging must be included. All returned
garments are inspected for wear/damage.
• Refunds will only be given within 7 days of receipt of order
• Exchanges will only be given within 14 days of receipt of order
All returns are at the cost of the customer unless proven to be Xileclothing.com's fault.

How long will it take for my order to be refunded/exchanged?
We will always aim to process refunds on the same day that we receive the stock. Exchanges will take between 1-3 days from receiving of the item to be sent out.
At Xile we take your privacy very seriously and guarantee not to release your private information to anyone.
All credit / debit transactions are carried out in store, so none of your information is ever held online.
As a registered UK company, all the information we collect from you will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
While processing your order we will hold your details on a secure database. Once your order is successfully processed, all credit/debit information will be discarded from the database.
